[SERVES 2-4]

9 oz. Mild Nacho Dip

1 Beyond Meat Burger (crumbled)

½ Yellow Onion

1 Large Clove Garlic

1 Cup Salsa

½ Tablespoon Cumin

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil


Chop the onion into small pieces and mince the garlic. Heat olive oil on medium heat in a skillet, sauté Beyond Meat and crumble with spatula in skillet, add onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes until onion becomes soft.

Pour salsa, cumin and the mixture from the skillet into a crockpot and let this cook on low heat for 1 hour. After an hour, pour 9 oz. Mild Nacho Dip into the crockpot and mix.
