1 Box Cappello's Gluten Free, Grain Free Fettuccine
9 oz. Garlic Parm Style DIp
1 Cup Mushrooms
Boil 3-4 quarts of water. While water is boiling, quick mushrooms in a non-stick pan. Separate fettuccine strands and add to water once boiling. Cook for 60 seconds, strain pasta and rinse briefly. Toss pasta in a fresh pot with Garlic Parm Style Dip and mushrooms. Heat approximately 2 minutes until desired temperature is achieved. Spoon pasta into two bowls and top with red pepper and microgreens.
