Rosted Rainbow Carrots



2oz Garlic Parm Style Dip

1 Bunch Rainbow Carrots, washed and trimmed

Radishes, thinly sliced

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat carrots with olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until caramelized and tender. Serve over a dollop of Garlic Parm style dip and garnish with freshly sliced radishes.
