Paleo Cheese Sauce Recipe


1 Box Orecchiette

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1/2 Bundle Microgreens

2 Golden Beets

1 Handful Pine Nuts

2 Sprigs Shallots

9 oz. Cheddar Style Dip

While waiting for water to boil, cook golden beets in pan over medium heat with olive oil. Add Orecchiette to 3-4 quarts of boiling water. Cook as directed, strain and rinse briefly. Toss Orecchiette in the vegetable pan with Cheddar Style Dip and Pine Nuts. Heat approximately 2 minutes (stirring consistently) until desired temperature is achieved. Spoon meal into two bowls and top with Microgreens and Shallots.
